PB Breakfast Wrap


2- 8 inch sandwich wraps
4 eggs
4 TBSP Peanut Butter
¼ cup bacon pieces
½ cup shredded cheese
Cooking spray

Spread 2 TBSP of peanut butter on one side of each wrap.
Sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of each wrap on the peanut butter side.
In a small greased skillet, scramble the eggs and toss in bacon pieces.
Spread egg and bacon scramble on top of the cheese on the wrap and
sprinkle the balance of the cheese on top of the eggs.
Roll up the wraps and put in a larger greased skillet and brown on both sides.
Cut in half and serve.
