TIFTON,
Georgia– You can best value
research by a simple statement, "every dollar saved by
a farmer through innovations in research is another dollar
of profit." To
learn more about the research funded by the Georgia Peanut
Commission join other farmers at the commission's annual research
report day Wednesday, February 13, 2008, at 8:20 a.m. at the
National Environmentally Sound Production Agriculture Laboratory
(NESPAL) in Tifton, Ga.
Research is vital to the future of peanut farming in Georgia
and the nation and that's why it is the commission's second
largest program area.
