Registrants are responsible for all lodging expenses. Transportation to and from lodging before and after the tour will be your responsibility. Transportation during the tour is only provided for those who reserve seating on the bus when registering. Those with reserved seating on the bus should board Wed. morning, Sept. 15 at 8:30 a.m. The buses will depart from the Holiday Inn Express, 1611 E. Lamar Street, Americus, Ga., following the orientation on Wednesday morning.

Suggested lodging: (Confirm lodging prior to Aug. 15 for these rates.)
Sept. 14-16: Holiday Inn Express, 1611 E. Lamar St., Americus, Ga. 31709.
(229) 928-5400. A block of 50 rooms are reserved at the rate of $70 + tax , single/double. Overflow to Hampton Inn, (229) 924-2138, which is next door.

Airports: Albany airport (43 miles), Macon airport (70 miles or 1.25 hours) and the Atlanta airport (approximately 154 miles or 2.75 hours).
