Registrants are responsible for all lodging expenses. Transportation to and from lodging before and after the tour will be your responsibility. Transportation during the tour is only provided for those who reserve seating on the bus when registering. Those with reserved seating on the bus should board Wed. morning, Sept. 16 at 8:30 a.m. The buses will depart from the Holiday Inn Express, 1636 S. Peterson Ave., Douglas, Ga., following the orientation on Wednesday morning.

Suggested lodging: (Confirm lodging prior to Aug. 15 for these rates.)
Sept. 15-17: Holiday Inn Express, 1636 S. Peterson Ave., Douglas, Ga. 31535. (912) 384-2100. A block of 65 rooms are reserved at the rate of $75 + tax , single/double. Overflow hotels are the Hampton Inn, (912) 383-7550 and Jameson Inn, (912) 384-9432, which are both next door.

Airports: Valdosta airport (60 miles), Albany airport (85 miles), Jacksonville, Florida airport (120 miles or 2.25 hours) and the Atlanta airport (approximately 180 miles or 3.25 hours).
