Registrants are responsible for all lodging expenses. Transportation to and from lodging before and after the tour will be your responsibility. Transportation during the tour is only provided for those who reserve seating on the bus when registering. Those with reserved seating on the bus should board Wed. morning, Sept. 17 at 9:00 a.m. The buses will depart from the Country Inn & Suites, I-75 Exit 99, Cordele, Ga., following the orientation on Wednesday morning.

Suggested lodging: (Confirm lodging prior to Aug. 15 for these rates.)
Sept. 16-18: Country Inn & Suites, I-75 Exit 99, 3302 Frontage Rd., Cordele, Ga. (229) 273-7117. A block of 50 rooms are reserved at the rate of $75 + tax , single/double.

Airports: Macon - closest airport (55 miles) with scheduled flights. Albany - about the same (60 miles). Atlanta - approximately 130 miles or 2.25 hours, has connenctions and plenty of rental vehicles.
