Peanut Butter Pumpkin Mousse

- 2 cups Libby’s Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix
- 2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Candy corn & Reddi Wip for garnish
Coat a skillet with cooking spray and cook pumpkin pie mix for 3-4 minutes cooking constantly. Let cool.
With a hand mixer, combine pumpkin pie mix and peanut butter. Add powdered sugar and beat. Add whipping cream and beat on high speed for 3-4 minutes until light and fluffy. Pour into serving dishes and chill for one hour. Garnish with Reddi-wip and candy corn before serving.Makes 8 six ounce servings.
