Ingredients:
1 (12-oz.) can roasted peanuts
¼
cup Worcestershire sauce, Soy sauce, or steak sauce
¼
to ½ teaspoon curry powder, paprika, chili powder,
garlic powder, onion powder, or cayenne*
Put peanuts, desired sauce, and seasoning into a 10-inch
fry pan over medium heat. Quickly cook and stir until nuts
are coated and pan is slightly dry.
Yields 3 cups.
* A combination of these seasonings may be used. Amount
will depend on how zesty one wants the snack.
