Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream Truffle

Chocolate peanut butter ice cream (like Breyers® Reese’s® Chocolate)
Hershey’s® Special Dark Cocoa Powder
caramel syrup
chopped peanuts
Using a small ice cream scoop, make tightly packed balls of ice cream. Place on a waxed paper lined pan and refreeze. Roll in cocoa powder and store in freezer until ready to serve.
To serve, drizzle caramel syrup on a serving plate. Top with three ice cream truffles and garnish with chopped peanuts. Serve immediately.
