Butternut Squash with Peanut Butter

Ingredients:
10 oz. frozen butternut squash or cooked and pureed fresh butternut squash
2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter

Directions:
Heat butternut squash on stove or in microwave until warm and thawed, but not hot. Add peanut butter and mix with spoon until completely smooth.  Makes 4-6 servings.
