Honey Roasted Peanut Blueberry Crisp

2 pints of blueberries
1 cup sugar, separated
1 stick of butter
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Dash of salt
3/4 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts, chopped
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Wash the blueberries. Add blueberries to a baking dish, which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cover the blueberries with 1/2 cup sugar.

Melt a stick of butter. Combine butter, cinnamon, dash of salt and stir. Then blend in 3/4 cup sugar to make a grainy, but thicker base.

Add 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour to the butter mixture, along with 1/2 cup of chopped honey roasted peanuts. Stir until you have a crumble topping. Spread over the top of blueberries in dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes, turning halfway through until brown and bubbly. Serve warm.
