Ingredients:
1 (16 oz.) package of frozen green beans
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1/3 cup roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon curry powder
Cook green beans according to package directions. In the
meantime, melt margarine or butter over medium heat. Add
peanuts and curry powder and sauté, stirring constantly,
until peanuts are coated and warm. Stir peanuts into drained
green beans and serve warm.
Yields 6 servings.
