Chocolate Coated Peanuts

Ingredients:
1 (6 oz.) package milk chocolate chips
2 ½ cups roasted shelled peanuts, skins on

Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water OR in microwave oven according to package instructions. Add peanuts and stir to coat. Turn out on wax paper or foil, separate with a fork. Allow to cool.

Yields about 3 cups.
