Ingredients
4 bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise ½ cup peanut butter
1/2 finely chopped cocktail peanuts
1 Granny Smith apple, washed cored and diced
1 can of pineapple tidbits, drained and reserve juice
1-16 oz. Fruit cocktail, drained ½ cup whole peanuts ½ cup craisins (dried cranberries)
1- 4 oz. Container of strawberry banana yougert
1- 6 oz. Package ready to serve marinated chicken
Spread peanut butter on the cut side of the banana half. Dip
into chopped peanuts and seal halves back together. Slice into
coins. Soak bananas and apples in reserved pineapple juice
to prevent turning. Set aside.
Combine pineapples, fruit cocktail, whole peanuts, craisins,
and chicken. Drain excess juice from peanut butter banana and
apples. Add to other fruit. Stir in yougert, tossing well.
Serve chilled.
