Craveable Peanut Butter
Banana Pudding Cups

1 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter
3 cups heavy whipping cream
6 Tbs. sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant banana pudding
4 ripe bananas, sliced
4 cups milk
8 ounces of peanut butter sandwich cookies, crumbled
1 (16 oz) tub of cool whip
6 cups chocolate cake, cubed (use one from your grocery store bakery to save time)
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chopped GA grown cocktail peanuts
In the bowl of an electric mixer, whip cream until soft peaks form. Stir in peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk.
Into 12 glasses or jars, layer the ingredients in the following order: cake cubes, pudding, bananas, cool whip, crumbled sandwich cookies, and peanut butter mixture. Combine to layer until all glasses are filled. Top with cool whip and drizzle with caramel suace. Just before serving, sprinkle with chopped cocktail peanuts.
