Frozen Peanut Butter Parfait

Ingredients
2 cups pretzels, crushed
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 half gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp. peanuts, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together pretzels, peanuts, brown sugar and butter. Press into 10"x10" square pan. Bake 10 minutes and cool completely.
In a large mixing bowl using a mixer beat ice cream, peanut butter, and brown sugar together until well blended. Pour over crust and immediately place in freezer.
In a small bowl, add cream and microwave about 25 seconds, or until steaming hot. Add the chocolate and peanut butter, stir until smooth. Place in a zip lock bag and snip the corner and drizzle over the frozen parfait. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Return to freezer. Cut into squares and enjoy!
