lb. ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning mix

cup water
12 tostado shells
2 cups boiled peanuts, shelled and mashed
1 package shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomato
2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
Salsa
Cook ground beef in a medium skillet over medium high heat
until done. Drain and mix in taco seasoning mix and water.
Cook until mixture becomes thick.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tostado shells on baking
sheet until warm about 5 to 7 minutes.
In a small skillet warm mashed peanuts over medium high heat.
Spread each tostado shell with ¼ cup peanuts. Top with
ground beef mixture, salsa, shredded lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
Garnish with sour cream and green onions if desired.
