Peanut Pasta Salad

8 oz package bowtie noodles, cooked and drained
½ 24 oz package frozen steak fajita meat
1 tablespoon oil
½ cucumber, sliced
2 green onions, sliced
½ cup red and yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
½ cup peanuts, coarsely chopped

Cook fajita meant in oil on medium high until heated through. Toss all ingredients togethor with dressing.

Thai Dressing

¼ cup rice vinegar
½ cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 garlic clove minced
1 teaspoon minced ginger root
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Mix all ingredients togethor and toss with pasta.
