cup white vinegar

cup creamy peanut butter

cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil

cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons poppy seed
2 tablespoons parsley
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate four to
six hours to allow flavors to blend. Allow to warm slightly
before serving.

Cherry tomatoes, sliced
Diced purple onion
Diced celery
Real bacon- Bacon bits
Finely shredded cheddar cheese
Coarsely chopped honey roasted Georgia peanuts
Combine salad ingredients and toss well. Place in salad bowl
and serve with peanut butter poppy seed dressing. Yum!
