1 stick butter, softened
5 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup plain flour
2 tablespoons self-rising flour

1 teaspoon pure vanilla
1 cup honey roasted peanuts, chopped fine
1 cup peanut butter chips
½
teaspoon shortening
1 cup honey roasted peanuts, crushed fine
Cream the butter. Stir in the powdered sugar, 2 flours, salt,
and vanilla. Mix in the chopped peanuts. Roll the dough into
finger shaped rolls about 3 inches long. Preheat oven to 325.
Place cookie fingers on a greased cookie sheet and bake for
25 to 30 minutes. Cool cookies on pan.
Melt the peanut butter chips and shortening in the microwave
until melted, 30 to 50 seconds. Dip half of each finger in
the melted peanut butter chips and then sprinkle on the crushed
peanuts. Lay on wax paper to dry.
