Biscuits:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp soda
1 tsp sugar
6 tablespoons margarine
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup peanuts, chopped
2/3 cup half and half
Serve with jelly
Mix together the dry ingredients then with pastry cutter or
knife add the butter and then the peanut butter. Add the peanuts
and half and half. On a floured surface roll out biscuits and
cut with cutter or roll into balls and place on baking sheet
then press down. Bake at 425 until browned and test done.
Peanut Butter Butter:
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp peanut butter
Mix together and serve with biscuits.
