8 oz. brick of cream cheese, soften
2 teaspoons dry onion soup mix
½
cup of mayonnaise
10 oz. box of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
2 tablespoons zesty bell pepper relish
Salt & pepper to taste
In a food processor or by hand mix all the ingredients together.
Spoon into a dip container. Chill to let the flavors marry.
Bring to room temperature to serve. Sprinkle a few peanuts
on top and serve with veggie slices and crackers.
